Remarks	100th SEIAA decided to forward the complaint to the District Collector, Palakkad for field inspection and report. Authority also decided to hear and consider the version of the 7th respondent. 104th SEIAA Minutes A report was called from the District Collector, Palakkad on 04.01.2020. District Collector report is yet to be received.It is decided to send a reminder to the District Collector, Palakkad once again, enclosing the Exbt P.10 and copy of the Judgment in WP (C) 29449/2019, so that remarks of the District Collector is obtained as well.
